SaaS Sales Leader US Market

As a SaaS Sales Leader for the US market, your role will involve owning the US Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for service-based SMBs & installation businesses. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, pipeline acceleration, and market penetration. Your tasks will include conducting consultative product demos and positioning the SaaS product as a comprehensive operational solution. Additionally, you will be leading and inspiring a high-performing remote sales team while collaborating closely with Marketing & Product teams to align with market needs and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Own the US GTM strategy for service-based SMBs & installation businesses - Drive revenue growth, pipeline acceleration & market penetration - Conduct consultative product demos & position our SaaS as a comprehensive operational solution - Build and inspire a high-performing remote sales team - Work closely with Marketing & Product to align market needs and innovation Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of leadership experience in US SaaS GTM sales - MBA from IIM / Top 30 B-School - Expertise in selling to service-based SMBs or field installation businesses - Proven success in leading remote/inside sales teams - Strong grip on CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the company's US market presence from the ground up.
