Job Description

SAAS Azure Cloud Solution Architect Immediate hiring.

SAAS Azure Cloud Solution Architect

Experience: 12 plus years of experience
Locations: Hybrid Any Accion offices in India pref (Bangalore /Pune/Mumbai)
Notice Period: Immediate – 0 – 15 days joiners are preferred

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Cloud Solution Architect with a strong background in Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET Core, REST APIs) and hands-on experience designing and developing cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Microservices architecture, Security Best Practices, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and Database systems (SQL/NoSQL), and should be comfortable working in an Agile / SAFe Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture:
Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure using modern development patterns.
Technical Leadership:
Guide development teams in implementing best practices in C#, .NET Core, API development, and Microservices.
Cloud Architecture & DevOps Integration:
Define architecture using Azure services (App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, API Management, Key Vault, Azure AD, etc.), ensuring CI/CD integration using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Implement and manage Azure infrastructure using
Terraform
for repeatability and automation.
Security & Compliance:
Incorporate
security best practices
across application design, development, and deployment, including authentication/authorization (Azure AD, OAuth2, JWT), data protection, and network security.
Database & Storage:
Design efficient data storage solutions using Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and other Azure-native database services.
Agile Development Practices:
Participate in
Agile / SAFe Agile
ceremonies, support backlog grooming, and collaborate closely with product owners, scrum masters, and developers.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other architects to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

Cloud Architecture:

Proven experience designing and implementing solutions on
Microsoft Azure
Expertise in
Azure services
: Azure App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, etc.

Development & Design:

Strong proficiency in
C#
,
.NET Core
, and
REST API
development
Experience with
Microservices architecture
, including containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, preferably AKS)
Understanding of
design patterns
,
DDD
, and
event-driven architecture

DevOps & IaC:

Strong hands-on experience with
Terraform
for IaC in Azure
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions

Security:

Working knowledge of
cloud security best practices
, secure coding standards, and tools like Azure Security Center, Defender for Cloud, etc.
Experience implementing
OAuth2
,
OpenID Connect
,
JWT
, and
Azure AD

Data & Storage:

Experience with
SQL Server
,
Azure SQL
,
Cosmos DB
, and
Blob Storage
Basic understanding of data modeling and performance optimization

Agile/SAFe:

Experience working in
Agile
and/or
SAFe Agile
environments
Active participation in PI planning, sprint planning, and backlog refinement

Preferred Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert
HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
(Optional but valuable)

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to lead technical discussions and drive consensus
