As a Sales Operations professional with 6-8+ years of experience, you will be responsible for various key aspects including: - Strong hands-on SQL experience for ad-hoc analysis and diagnostics. - Proven Salesforce data management and campaign operations experience. - Experience supporting Salesloft or similar sales engagement tools. - Strong BI and dashboarding skills for sales performance and program tracking. - Hands-on experience in account and contact list building and enrichment. - Exposure to tools such as ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar enrichment platforms. - Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve routing, mapping, assignment, and data quality issues in real time. - Ability to manage and load account, contact, and campaign data in Salesforce and Salesloft. - Experience building, maintaining, and enhancing Salesforce and BI dashboards and reports. - Ability to merge data from SFDC, manual inputs, and external sources to deliver actionable insights. - Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing quick operational fixes. - Strong collaboration with GTM Account Data Excellence, Data Science, and Sales Program teams. - Excellent stakeholder management across Sales, GTM, and Data teams.
