Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

Provide incident resolution and technical support for SAP PS modules. Execute and manage service requests related to SAP Project Systems. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance. Maintain documentation for incidents, resolutions, and service requests. Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements. Ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PS. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionalities. Experience in AMS environments with ticketing tools and service management. Proficiency in project structuring, WBS elements, networks, milestones, and cost planning. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues independently. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory skills

Experience in S/4HANA, upgrade experience, skilled in core areas of their own tracks
