**Job Description:** As an Infoscion, you will be an integral part of the consulting team at Infosys. Your primary responsibility will involve understanding customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring successful deployment to achieve client satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in developing proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring products, conducting pilots, and addressing queries related to requirements and solution design. - Own parts of the proposal document and provide inputs in solution design - Plan and execute configuration activities as per the design - Conduct solution demonstrations, POC workshops, and prepare effort estimates - Lead small projects and participate in organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality solutions to customers In addition to the key responsibilities, you will also be expected to: - Develop value-creating strategies and models for clients to drive innovation and growth - Possess knowledge on software configuration management systems and stay updated on industry trends - Demonstrate logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaborate effectively - Understand financial processes, project types, pricing models, and suggest technology solutions - Identify process improvement areas, possess industry domain knowledge, and excel in client interfacing - Manage projects and teams efficiently The preferred skills for this role include expertise in Technology Infrastructure Tool Administration - ITSM with a focus on ServiceNow, particularly in areas such as HRSD, ITOM, CSM, and ITAM.
