About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Rust Backend Developer to join our engineering team in Kozhikode. This is a full-time, onsite role where you’ll design, build, and optimize backend services using Rust for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production-grade backend services in Rust
• Design and optimize data models with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Implement secure, scalable APIs and system integrations
• Work with concurrency, async programming, and performance tuning
• Debug and resolve complex backend issues in live systems
• Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and DevOps teams
• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews

Qualifications

• Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
