Russian Speaking Sales Executive

📍 Location: India (Remote)

📅 Hours: Russia/CIS time zone (approx. 9AM–5PM MSK)

💸 Salary: ₹80k/month base salary + 5% comission (Expected On Track Earnings of 1.5-2 Lakhs/month)

🌐 Remote (with preference for candidates who can work in-person in Hyderabad)

What You’ll Do

• Speak with warm, inbound leads from Russia and the CIS (no cold calling!)
• Book meetings and attend them.
• Communicate the value of our platform clearly in Russian and English
• Follow up persistently to convert interested leads
• Maintain notes and outcomes in our CRM (we provide training)
• Share insights with our sales and product teams
• Receive coaching from experienced sales professionals in global trade

• Fast-typing, organized, and quick to follow up

  from our Hyderabad office (Financial District) – optional but ideal
