Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajahmundry for a Rural Technical Force member at UltraTech Cement. The day-to-day tasks include overseeing technical aspects of cement production, providing technical support to ensure quality standards are met, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during production. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency and conducting field visits to ensure optimal operations. Qualifications Technical knowledge in Cement Production and Quality Assurance Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience in field operations and on-site management Ability to work independently and lead small teams Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred Experience in the cement or construction industry is a plus Show more Show less
