As a Rural Lead, your role will primarily involve driving client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing location-based media solutions tailored to rural audiences. You will be responsible for account management, client relationship building, campaign strategy, and potentially business development within the rural market. **Core Responsibilities:** - **Client Account Management**: - Serving as the primary point of contact for existing rural clients. - Building strong relationships and understanding their business challenges and media objectives. - **Campaign Strategy & Planning**: - Leading the development and execution of media campaigns for rural audiences. - Focusing on relevant channels and creative approaches. - **Business Development**: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the rural market. - Prospecting for new clients and developing tailored solutions. - **OOH Media Expertise**: - If part of a Posterscope team, expertise in out-of-home (OOH) advertising and other rural media formats. - **Collaboration**: - Working closely with internal teams to ensure effective campaign delivery and optimization. **Skills And Qualifications:** - **Strong Client Relationship Skills**: - Building and maintaining strong client relationships. - Understanding client needs and effectively communicating campaign strategies. - **Experience in Rural Marketing**: - Solid understanding of rural media landscape, channels, and audience behaviors. - **Account Management Experience**: - Managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction. - **Business Development Skills**: - Identifying new opportunities, developing pitches, and closing deals within the rural market. - **Communication and Presentation Skills**: - Effectively communicating complex information to various audiences. - **Strategic Thinking**: - Developing and executing effective media strategies for rural audiences.
