As a Rural Lead, your role will primarily involve cultivating client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and creating location-based media solutions customized for rural audiences. You will be responsible for account management, client relationship building, campaign strategy, and potentially business development within the rural market. Your core responsibilities will include: Client Account Management: - Serving as the main point of contact for existing rural clients, establishing strong relationships, and comprehending their business challenges and media objectives. Campaign Strategy & Planning: - Leading the development and implementation of media campaigns, with a focus on selecting relevant channels and innovative approaches tailored to rural audiences. OOH Media Expertise: - If part of a Posterscope team, your role might require expertise in out-of-home (OOH) advertising and other rural media formats. Collaboration: - Working closely with internal teams such as planning, creative, and analytics to ensure efficient campaign delivery and optimization. Ideal Skills and Qualifications for this role include: Strong Client Relationship Skills: - Building and sustaining strong client relationships, understanding their requirements, and effectively communicating campaign strategies. Experience in Rural Marketing: - A comprehensive understanding of the rural media landscape, relevant channels, and audience behaviors. Account Management Experience: - Handling client relationships, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Business Development Skills: - Identifying new business opportunities, creating pitches, and closing deals within the rural market.
