Runner

A Runner provides general support to a team or department, helping with errands, administrative tasks, deliveries, and day-to-day operational duties. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude. Key Responsibilities:Running errands such as delivering or collecting items (documents, equipment, lunch orders, etc.) Assisting with setting up or tidying workspaces or sets Supporting team members with administrative tasks like photocopying, printing, filing, or organizing supplies Making refreshments or providing general hospitality to staff or guests Escorting visitors or clients as needed Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages Helping with basic tech setup (charging batteries, checking cables, etc. – especially in production settings) Taking messages or assisting with communication between departments Skills & Requirements:Strong time management and organizational skills Positive, helpful attitude and a willingness to take initiative Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, printers, etc.) Full driving license may be required (especially in production or courier roles) Physical stamina – may require long hours on your feet and lifting light equipment or boxes Work Environment: May involve irregular or long hours, especially in film/TV or events Often includes working in multiple locations throughout the day Entry-level position – good stepping stone for careers in production, media, hospitality, or administration must have a Driving license
