Job Description

About the Role:

RTR Process Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
month-end and year-end closing activities
within the RTR domain, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Handle
inventory accounting
, including reconciliation, valuation, and movement analysis.
Perform
plant accounting
activities such as cost center reviews, production cost tracking, and variance analysis.
Support
journal entry preparation
,
balance sheet reconciliations
, and
fixed asset accounting
.
Ensure compliance with
internal controls
and
corporate accounting policies
.
Collaborate with FP&A, supply chain, and operations teams for smooth data flow and accounting accuracy.
Identify opportunities for
process improvement
and support
automation initiatives
within RTR.
Assist with
audit requirements
and
statutory compliance
.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of
inventory and manufacturing accounting processes
.
Proficiency in
SAP / Oracle / ERP systems
and advanced
Excel
skills.
Knowledge of
IFRS / Ind AS
accounting standards.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Background:

Experience in a
manufacturing
or
FMCG
setup.
Prior exposure to
Shared Services / Global Finance Operations
environment is an added advantage.
