Job Title: RTL Tech Lead
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced RTL Tech Lead to join our team. As the RTL Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of RTL designs for our projects. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality RTL designs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of RTL designs
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure project success
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in RTL design and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of Verilog and VHDL
  • Experience with FPGA and ASIC design
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
