• 5+ years of experience in RPG development, including RPG IV, RPG ILE, and Free Format RPG.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM i (AS/400, iSeries) platforms.• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to address complex software programming issues.• Solid experience with EDI, APIs, and integrations between RPG-based and external systems as well as usage of JSON• Ability to work independently and drive development in a fast-paced environment.• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.• Some Experience with modernization tools like Visual Studio Code, RDi, Implementer, SQL, APIs, web services on IBM i, and AI.• Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)/Scrum/Kanban frameworks.• Exposure to e-Commerce, Retail, Logistics domains.
