Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead automation testing efforts for multiple applications using Selenium and Python.
Develop, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks to ensure reliable software delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine testing strategies.
Implement and integrate Cucumber for Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
Mentor and guide junior automation engineers in best practices.
Analyze test execution results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Research and adopt emerging tools, frameworks, and methodologies to optimize automation efficiency.

Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver for web automation.
Proficiency in Python programming and scripting for automation development.
Experience with Cucumber and BDD frameworks for automated testing.
In-depth understanding of test automation frameworks, design patterns, and scripting best practices.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Working knowledge of API automation and related tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
Experience in test case design, execution, and defect management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to debug complex automation issues.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills, with experience mentoring team members.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and collaborative workflows.
