Purpose of the Role To manage operations of Staples Reprocessing Centers (RPCs) in assigned locations providing uninterrupted supplies of PL staples within targeted processing costs and agreed supply norms (SKU class-wise fill rate). It also involves assisting in setting-up RPC infrastructure within approved capex. The responsibility starts from receiving the loose staples bulk and ends when packaged (ready-to-sell) material reaches the DC. Principal Responsibilities Responsible for Execute planning production and dispatch of RPC SKU'sto meet the approved fill rate Ensure capacity utilization & Productivity Ensure availability of consumables Control and limit process loss Plan the RPC production with proper execution and ensure 100% compliance on weekly requirements. Ensure the Productivity of the RPC by continuous monitoring and thereby ensure the CpKg- ( Production Cost Per Kg) Ensure the losses are minimum and same is under control To ensure inventory management of raw material and packing material To undertake Production planning and control as per Monitoring of Budget and Production To ensure the target of month-end RPC inventory is met with Inventory Management. Education and Experience Experience working in retail space planning A relevant degree or equivalent level of education preferred Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly collaborative with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Understanding of the retail environment with a customer centric approach Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy
