RPA Engineer

Position: Automation Engineer (Automation Anywhere + Python)

Location: Thane, Mumbai (On-Site)

Salary: 3-4 LPA + 20% Annual Bonus of CTC

About the Role

We’re looking for a Automation Engineer to join our growing automation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred) and strong Python scripting skills to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation bots using Automation Anywhere (A360).
• Write Python scripts for data processing and workflow automation.
• Participate in RPA lifecycle activities — analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Manage and monitor Control Room operations and bot orchestration.
• Troubleshoot automation issues and implement quick fixes.
• Collaborate with team members to identify automation opportunities and optimize processes.

Requirements

• Experience with Automation Anywhere (A360).
• Strong Python programming skills for automation and data handling.
• Understanding of RPA lifecycle, bot orchestration, and control room operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
