Job Description

Analyze as-is processes, identify automation opportunities, and define to-beworkflows.
Gather and validate business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
Collaborate on solution architecture, API integrations, and enterprise alignment.
Design, build, test, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing; ensure reliable and secure bot operations.
Document workflows, design specifications (PDD/SDD), and support materials.
Support bot maintenance, optimization, and issue resolution post-deployment.
Work in Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.

Required Qualifications 5+ years of solid RPA development experience with UiPath Automation Platform (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework) in large enterprise environment Strong experience in process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder interaction. Proficient in Python, R, or VB Script for developing custom logic in complex process automation. Understanding of API/web service integration Well versed with Agile/Scrum methodologies. UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (required).
