Job Description

About the role:

As a RPA Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Together, we will design, build, deploy, and support automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workload. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industry-leading RPA tools, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

Analysis Documentation:

Work with process owners to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility
Prepare solution design documents (SDD), process definition documents (PDD), and user guides
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues during development and post-deployment

Development:

Develop, test, and implement RPA workflows using UiPath
Translate business requirements into technical designs and automation workflows
Build reusable, scalable automation components and frameworks

Testing Deployment:

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities
Deploy RPA bots to production environments following best practices and governance standards
Ensure automations comply with security, compliance, and audit requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
Hands-on experience with at least one RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
Basic understanding of Workato is required
Strong understanding of process automation methodologies
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., VB.NET, C#, Python, SQL)
Solid knowledge of APIs, data structures, and integration concepts
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
