RPA Developer

Experience: 3-4 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  RPA solutions

  using industry-leading tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or equivalent automation platforms.
• Build

  reusable automation frameworks and components

  to improve scalability and reduce delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze manual processes and translate them into

  automated workflows

  .
• Integrate

  RPA solutions with .NET applications, APIs, and databases

  for seamless automation.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance

  .NET-based applications

  as part of digital transformation and automation initiatives.
• Provide

  production support

  for existing automation and application solutions, resolving issues and implementing enhancements.
• Evaluate new

  automation tools and emerging technologies

  , create

  prototypes and proofs of concept

  , and recommend adoption strategies.
• Establish and promote

  best practices, coding standards, and automation methodologies

  across development teams.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in

  C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Visual Studio

  , and related Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with

  RPA tools

  (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere).
• Good understanding of

  SQL Server/Oracle

• Experience in integrating

  automation solutions with APIs, web services, and databases

• Familiarity with

  such as TFS or Git.
• Excellent

  abilities in an English-speaking environment.

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Knowledge of client-side

  scripting, AngularJS 2+

• Hands on experience in

  RPA - UiPath

• Good command of all .Net frameworks (Enterprise Library, Unity)
