Job Description

Role: RPA Developer

Experience: 3 to 7 years

Location: Chennai / Remote

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to support the migration of existing automation workflows from

Blue Prism

Power Automate Desktop/Cloud

. The candidate will be responsible for analysing existing processes, redesigning automation flows, and implementing optimized solutions in Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and assess current Blue Prism processes for migration feasibility.
Redesign and rebuild automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop/Cloud.
Ensure smooth integration with connected systems and services.
Conduct testing, debugging, and deployment of migrated bots.
Document workflows and provide user training or knowledge transfer.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with
Power Automate Desktop/Cloud
.
Experience in
Blue Prism
development and migration projects.
Knowledge of
RPA best practices
, exception handling, and process optimisation.
Basic understanding of APIs, data connectors, and Microsoft ecosystem tools (SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
