RPA Developer (Blue Prism)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA Developer with hands-on experience in Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end automation project delivery and a passion for driving process improvements through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism and MS Power Automate.
• Create and maintain RPA documentation including PDDs, SDDs, and Change Requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices in RPA development and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Blue Prism and MS Power Automate.
• [MUST] 2+ years of Power Automate development experience with PL-500 or PL-900 certification.
• Successfully completed at least 2 end-to-end RPA projects.
• Recent experience must include Blue Prism or Power Automate projects.
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Qualifications and Certifications:

• Blue Prism AD01 and APD01 certifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹335,424.47 - ₹1,499,909.79 per year
