RPA Developer (Automation Anywhere)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots using

  Automation Anywhere A360

  .
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Configure, test, and debug automation workflows to ensure stable operation.
• Maintain and optimize existing automations for performance and reliability.
• Integrate RPA with other enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, ERP, databases, APIs).
• Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
• Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for deployed bots.

Required Skills & Experience

• 48 years

  of total experience in IT, with at least

  3+ years in RPA development

  using

  Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred)

  .
• Strong understanding of process design, exception handling, and bot lifecycle management.
• Experience in

  Control Room administration

  ,

  credential vault

  , and

  bot deployment

  .
• Good knowledge of scripting languages (Python, VBScript, JavaScript) and SQL.
• Experience with

  API integrations

  and working in a CI/CD environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have

• Certification:

  Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (A360)

  or higher.
• Experience with other RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism) or Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven automation or cognitive services.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
