Job Description

Lead and manage the intelligent automation team & Projects responsible for designing and deploying automation solutions. Develop and execute automation strategies utilizing RPA tools to streamline business processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and best practices in automation.
Analyze and optimize existing automated workflows to improve performance and ROI.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Intelligent Automation and RPA technologies.
Provide training and mentorship to team members and other stakeholders on automation tools and methodologies.
Generate documentation and reports to track progress and impact of automation initiatives.
Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure integration and interoperability of automation solutions.
