Experience with Application deployments-SCCM Experience with the Microsoft Patch Process in SCCM Experience with third party vendor patch process like Chrome Experience with the MEMCM Workstation Client Experience in reading in MEMCM client Logs MEMCM Reporting-Patch compliance, MEMCM Client Monitoring, and be able to create SQL Web reports.Power Shell experience Experience in Qualys & Agile Experience Vulnerability assessment and remediation tools like Qualys.C++ Experience is an advantageExperience with tools such as Remedy, ServiceNow, JIRA, NDEX, Power BI, Tableau and SPLUNKExperience with SharePoint Design and Infrastructure Experience with Apple Mac Devices and Jamf Experience in handling Larger EnterpriseGood Work Experience and ability in Root Cause Analysis and reporting.Ability to introduce Automation to reduce workloads and redundancies.Understand the process workflow in tools and services like Remedy and other Ticketing Tools.Hands on experience on CM trace, PS tools and client center.Sound knowledge in Windows 10 Operating System and all above knowledge to effectively communicate, understand, transform requirements, collaborating with technical resources and engineering teams.Ability to on board new activities, streamline, document and train team members. Mentor junior team members, conduct knowledge transfer sessions to upscale the skills in the team. Adapt / adhere to the process and look for improvements towards continuous improvements and ideas.Strong communication skills required as coordination with project managers, line of business contacts are key responsibilities of this roleCreate Documents and Excel Pivot tables whenever needed. PowerPoint skills would be an added advantage.
