RPA Automation Anywhere

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3–8 years

  of overall IT experience with

  2+ years in RPA using Automation Anywhere.

• Strong knowledge of

  Automation Anywhere Control Room

  ,

  Bot Creator

  , and

  Bot Runner.

• Experience in

  Automation Anywhere A360

  platform and migration from v11 to A360.
• Proficient in

  bot lifecycle management

  ,

  exception handling

  , and

  error logging.

• Hands-on with

  Excel, SQL, Web Automation, Citrix, SAP, and Desktop automation.

• Good understanding of

  object-oriented programming concepts (C#, Java, Python preferred).

• Experience with

  REST APIs

  and

  JSON/XML data structures

  is a plus.
• Familiar with

  RPA best practices

  ,

  security controls

  , and

  credential vault management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (A360)

  or

  Master RPA Professional.

• Experience with

  process discovery tools

  (like FortressIQ, Celonis) is a plus.
• Exposure to

  AI/ML integration with RPA

  (IQ Bot, Document Automation, etc.).
• Knowledge of

  Agile methodologies

  and

  DevOps integration

  for RPA.
