In this role, your primary responsibility will be to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications that are deployed at client sites, ensuring they meet stringent quality assurance standards. You will be involved in various tasks including requirement gathering, feasibility analysis for automation, building reusable components, and developing project designs based on client business processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Requirement gathering and analyzing feasibility for automation. 2. Providing solutions for problem statements during Automation Anywhere development. 3. Building reusable components and designing business process frameworks. 4. Leveraging Agentic AI and RPA for process optimization. 5. Extracting tabular data from PDFs and meaningful data captured by Stylus. 6. Conducting documentation reviews and creating CR for processes if necessary. 7. Performing coding, software/module development, and automating validation processes. 8. Ensuring error-free code, setting up test cases, and preparing reports on project specifications. 9. Coordinating with the team on project status, progress, and usability feedback. 10. Status reporting, customer focus, and continuous education/training for skill enhancement. Deliverables: 1. Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software - Error-free onboarding, adherence to schedule, and release plan. 2. Quality & CSAT - On-time delivery, troubleshooting queries, customer experience, and skill certification completion. 3. MIS & Reporting - Timely generation of MIS reports.
