Job Description

Your Role

Lead full-cycle deliveryof automation and GenAI projects, managing scope, timelines, and success metrics.
Oversee cross-functional teams, guiding RPA developers, AI/ML engineers, and architects through technical execution.
Design scalable solutionsusing UiPath, Python, Azure, OpenAI, and custom frameworks, while managing costs and ROI.
Engage stakeholders proactively, translating technical concepts and presenting strategic updates to leadership.
Ensure governance and compliance, maintaining documentation and aligning with enterprise IT and security standards.

Your Profile

12-15+ years of experience in IT project management with at least 5 years in automation and AI domains.

Proven experience with End-2-end RPA platforms (UiPath) management and maintenance with 100+ BoTs ,Various AI/ML frameworks, Integrated Enterprise Azure Environment and its services and GenAI tools and frameworks

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor management
