Routing Executive - Transportation

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of employee transport, collaborating with the internal team to optimize routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness for the assigned client. You will monitor the routes generated by clients, suggest improvements, and resolve any issues or problems that arise during transportation, including rerouting or rescheduling as necessary. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of transportation routes for all clients and monitor their efficiency while providing excellent customer service to clients and their employees. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in any field, at least 2 years of experience in transportation routing in the corporate employee transportation industry, knowledge of transportation management systems and software (preferably MoveInSync), good communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with the geography and traffic patterns of Bangalore or Hyderabad.,
