RO:Service Recovery - Team Member

As a CHUB team member you will be responsible for the following roles and responsibilities

Review of CHUB BRD - BRD submitted by business needs to be reviewed and take corrective action Under the need of SMS / Email / Whatsapp as per system event

Manage end-to-end delivery right from the BRD stage to UAT handover and final sign off before go live Ensure continuous follow up is done with CHUB IT team and provide timely status to business teams

Publish weekly updates with timelines for all projects

Assist business teams in resolving issues faced during UAT, be associated with the issue resolution until this is resolved by demonstrating ownership

Ensure business go-live timeline is maintained specially for requirement that are based out of RBI observation

Identify various cost saving opportunities and convince business team for adoption

Support other teams within the bank to manage customer complaints and escalations

Conduct post production verification by reviewing logs and find any functional or operating issues and plan for corrective action

Skills Required: -

Strong Project management and Stakeholder management skills

Proficient with MS office

Should be good in working in excel, must be able to comprehend

Should be good at verbal & written communication Must be able to communicate well during requirement gathering / review and work with cross functional teams
