Job Description

Role & responsibilities Work Mode : Hybrid (3 Days work from Office)- Subjected to change in future Shift timings- 2pm- 10 pm 5pm- 1 am Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications : Use Ruby on Rails and Python to build robust, scalable web applications. Database management : Design and manage databases using Amazon DynamoDB to ensure data integrity and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams : Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Implement best practices : Follow coding standards and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability. Troubleshoot and debug : Identify and resolve issues in the application to improve performance and user experience. Stay updated with industry trends : Keep abreast of the latest developments in web technologies and cloud services. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. Proven experience : Minimum 7 years of experience in Ruby on Rails and Python development. Database expertise : Strong knowledge of Amazon DynamoDB or similar NoSQL databases. Cloud services : Experience with AWS services is a plus. Problem-solving skills : Ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. Communication skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Preferred Skills Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Understanding Agile methodologies
