Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.
Strong programming skills in
Ruby
and
Rails frameworks

Solid understanding of
MVC architecture

OOP concepts
, and
design patterns
.
Hands-on experience with
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
, and
Bootstrap
.
Experience with
REST APIs
,
JSON
, and
web services
.
Strong experience with databases such as
PostgreSQL / MySQL
including writing complex SQL queries.
Experience with
Sidekiq / Resque / Delayed Job
or other background job processing tools.
Familiarity with
RSpec / Minitest / Capybara
for unit and integration testing.
Experience with
Git / GitHub / GitLab
for version control.

Good to Have

Experience with
React / Angular / Vue
or any modern JavaScript framework.
Knowledge of
Docker / Kubernetes / CI-CD pipelines

Experience working with
AWS / Azure / GCP

Understanding of
Microservices architecture
