Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team at RiverMist Resorts. The candidate should be committed to maintaining cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent room upkeep and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms as per resort standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors and service areas.
• Report maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly.
• Ensure guest requests are handled efficiently and courteously.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and housekeeping policies.
• Assist in laundry or deep cleaning tasks when required.
