Job Title: Front Office Executive

Location: RiverMist Resort, Chikkamagalur, Karnataka

Experience Required: 1–3 years

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 + Service Charge

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
• Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest complaints promptly
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments for smooth guest experience
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest details
• Ensure front office area is clean, welcoming, and organized
• Provide information about resort facilities, activities, and local attractions

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in hospitality/front office roles.
• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of local language is an advantage)
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Chikkamagalur.
• Graduation preferred.
