Job Description

As a Room Attendant, your responsibilities will include: - Greeting guests and responding to any queries they may have. - Changing bed linen and making beds to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests. - Replacing used towels and restocking bathroom amenities such as shampoo and soap. - Sweeping and mopping floors, as well as vacuuming carpets to maintain cleanliness. - Dusting and polishing furniture to keep rooms looking tidy and presentable. - Emptying trash containers and ashtrays to ensure a sanitary environment. - Restocking beverages and food items in the minibar for guest convenience. - Cleaning public areas like corridors to uphold cleanliness standards. - Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs promptly. - Updating the status of guest rooms on the assignment sheet accurately. - Returning and restocking the cleaning cart at the end of your shift.
