We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible **Room Attendant** to join our Housekeeping team at Peninsula Redpine Hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort, creating an exceptional guest experience.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas as per hotel standards.

* Make beds, replace linens, and restock room amenities.

* Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly.

* Handle guest requests for additional items and services courteously and promptly.

* Follow proper cleaning and sanitation protocols for all surfaces and fixtures.

* Ensure proper usage and storage of housekeeping equipment and chemicals.

* Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

* Adhere to hotel policies, safety standards, and security procedures.

#### **Requirements:**

* Prior experience in housekeeping is an advantage (freshers can also apply).

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

* Good physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks.

* Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.

* Positive attitude and willingness to deliver excellent guest service.
