Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Room Attendant, located in Gandhinagar. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay for all visitors. Daily responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing rooms, replenishing supplies, attending to guest laundry needs, and responding promptly to guest requests. The role also involves enhancing the guest experience through professional communication and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in Housekeeping, including cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas
• Proficiency in Laundry services and related tasks
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for enhancing guest experiences
• Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Previous experience in luxury or hospitality environments is an advantage
