Job Description

Role Description

Monitor IT systems 24/7 across cloud, server, network, and security environments.
Provide first-level response to incidents affecting performance, availability, or security.
Operate within NOC (Network Operations Center), SOC (Security Operations Center), and ROC (Remote Operations Center) teams.
Use monitoring tools such as:

Datadog
AWS CloudWatch
AWS CloudTrail
GuardDuty

Track system health, performance metrics, log events, and security s.
Perform real-time monitoring, initial troubleshooting, and incident correlation.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for issue handling and escalation.
Escalate incidents to appropriate resolver teams as required.
Apply ITIL-based processes for incident and operations management.
Maintain strong awareness of security practices and infrastructure operations.
Communicate effectively with global support teams to ensure SLA compliance and minimal business disruption.
