Job Description

Role Description

Monitor IT environment 24/7, including cloud, servers, network, and security infrastructure.
Provide first-level incident detection, analysis, and response.
Operate within NOC, SOC, and ROC functions to ensure proactive incident management.
Use monitoring tools such as Datadog, AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and GuardDuty to track system health, logs, and security events.
Perform real-time monitoring, troubleshoot issues, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Escalate incidents to appropriate resolver teams as needed.
Maintain strong knowledge of infrastructure operations, ITIL processes, and security best practices.
Communicate effectively with global support teams to ensure SLA compliance and prevent business disruption.
