Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for ROC & MCA Compliance. The individual in this role will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing company compliance requirements, performing analytical tasks to support legal compliance, and maintaining effective communication with clients and regulatory bodies. Day-to-day tasks include filing returns, preparing compliance documents, liaising with regulatory authorities, and providing support on compliance matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance
• Strong Analytical Skills and Legal Compliance knowledge
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with ROC and MCA-related software/tools is a plus
