Role Description – Robotics Trainer

This is a full-time, on-site role located in:📍 BiharThe Robotics Trainer will deliver engaging and interactive STEM and robotics education sessions to students across various grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct hands-on robotics and STEM workshops in schools2. Prepare structured lesson plans aligned with learning outcomes3. Demonstrate robotics concepts using practical activities and tools4. Troubleshoot technical issues during sessions5. Perform preventive maintenance on robotics kits and equipment6. Collaborate with school staff to customize training programs7. Support students during competitions, exhibitions, and project work

Qualifications

1. Strong communication and presentation skills2. Ability to work effectively with students and school staff3. Experience in teaching or training roles is beneficial4. Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Engineering, or related field (preferred)5. Basic knowledge of robotics kits, sensors, microcontrollers, or programming6. Passion for teaching and mentoring students in STEM

Salary Range:

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
