Job Responsibilities

ATL Trainer / Robotics Trainer

• Conduct

  hands-on training sessions

  in Robotics, Electronics, IoT, AI, Coding, and related ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) domains.
• Guide students in

  project development

  for competitions, exhibitions, and innovation challenges.
• Maintain ATL labs, equipment, and ensure smooth functioning of all tools & kits.
• Foster a

  culture of creativity and innovation

  by mentoring students to think critically and solve real-world problems.
• Design and deliver

  lesson plans, workshops, and innovation challenges

  tailored to different age groups.
• Collaborate with school management and teachers to integrate

  STEM learning

  into the academic curriculum.
• Track student progress and prepare reports on

  learning outcomes and innovation projects

  .

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking passionate and innovative trainers who can inspire students to explore the world of STEM. The ideal candidate should have:

• A

  Bachelor’s degree / Diploma

  in Engineering (ECE, CSE, Mechanical, Electrical) or related field.
• Strong knowledge of

  Robotics, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, IoT, 3D Printing, AI/ML basics, and Coding (Scratch, Python, C/C++ preferred)

  .
• Prior experience in

  teaching/training students

  in STEM/ATL/Robotics (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for

  teaching, mentoring, and motivating students

  .
• Ability to

  travel to schools (if required)

  and adapt to different teaching environments.
