Job Description – ATL Trainer / Robotics Trainer Position: ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) Trainer / Robotics Trainer Location: Pan India (School-based Assignments) Job Type: Fixed (Full-time) Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 (based on experience & skills) About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled ATL Trainers / Robotics Trainers to conduct hands-on STEM learning sessions for school students in Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL) and Robotics Labs. The trainer will be responsible for teaching students' innovation, design thinking, robotics, coding, electronics, and problem-solving through practical projects. Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging and interactive sessions on Robotics, Coding, IoT, AI, 3D Printing, and related ATL tools. Guide students in developing innovative projects and prototypes. Provide mentorship for competitions, hackathons, and exhibitions. Ensure proper usage, handling, and maintenance of ATL lab equipment. Prepare session plans, activity sheets, and student progress reports. Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving in students. Coordinate with school management and ATL in-charge for smooth operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering / technology (ECE, CSE, IT, Mechanical, Electrical) or related field. Prior experience in Robotics / ATL training preferred. Strong knowledge of STEM tools like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Robotics Kits, 3D Printing, Sensors, etc. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Good communication and classroom management skills. Freshers with strong robotics/coding skills may also apply. Benefits Fixed monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 (based on qualification & experience).
