Robotics software Engineer

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and researchers to design, develop, and optimize software components for our robotic platforms. Your expertise in robotics programming, Robot Operating Systems (ROS), machine vision, and robotics fundamentals will be instrumental in shaping the future of our robotics technology.

key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain software systems for controlling and operating robotic systems. - Implement, test, and optimize robotics algorithms and control systems. - Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components. - Develop and maintain interfaces for sensor integration, machine vision, and communication. - Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues in robotic systems. - Collaborate with the research team to adapt and implement state-of-the-art robotics algorithms. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in robotics technology and incorporate relevant developments into our software.

Qualification:

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field.- Strong proficiency in robotics programming, Robot Operating Systems (ROS), and C/C++.- Solid understanding of robotics basics, including kinematics, dynamics, and control.- Experience with machine vision, perception, and sensor integration.- Proficiency in Linux operating systems and development tools.- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred but not required):- Experience with real-time systems and embedded programming.- Knowledge of SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) techniques.- Familiarity with motion planning and control algorithms.- Prior experience working in a startup environment.
