Our curriculum integrates Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) with practical applications in robotics, coding, and AI to develop 21st-century skills among students from grades 5 to 10.

Job Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Robotics Trainer to conduct STEM and Robotics sessions in schools. The trainer will teach students from Grade 5 to Grade 10, following a structured curriculum that involves interactive learning, robotics kit handling, programming, and project development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive Robotics classes for students from 5th to 10th grade.
• Teach concepts such as sensors, programming (Block-based & basic Python), electronics, and mechanical design.
• Guide students in hands-on assembly of robotics kits and project development.
• Encourage innovation, logical thinking, and creativity among students.
• Maintain student engagement and discipline in class.
• Provide regular updates and class reports to the coordinator or academic head.
• Ensure all materials and equipment are properly maintained and utilized.
• Conduct periodic assessments and project evaluations.
• Participate in workshops, competitions, or exhibitions as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ECE/EEE/Mechanical/Computer Science) or a related field.
• Good knowledge of STEM concepts and hands-on teaching methodology.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring young minds.
• Willingness to travel to assigned schools, if required.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with tools like Tinkercad, Scratch, Arduino IDE, or MIT App Inventor.
• Experience with 3D printing, IoT, or drone technologies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
