Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Trainer. The RPA Trainer will focus on identifying training needs, designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new hires, and enhancing the skills of existing employees. The trainer will conduct engaging sessions, create training materials, assess participant performance, and provide feedback to ensure successful learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training Needs Analysis and experience in New Hire Training
• Strong Presentation Skills with a focus on delivering clear and structured training sessions
• Analytical Skills to evaluate training effectiveness and improve program design
• Excellent Communication skills for delivering content clearly and connecting with diverse audiences
• Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and technical backgrounds
• Experience in robotic process automation (RPA) tools and platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
