Robotic Process Automation Consultant - Lead

As an RPA Technical Delivery Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of automation and digital transformation projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning and managing the delivery of automation and integration projects for multiple clients. - Leading project kickoff meetings, steering committee calls, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication. - Providing hands-on technical assistance and guidance to developers as needed. - Ensuring delivery timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction through regular code reviews. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution. - Effectively managing risks, scope, and change requests. - Analyzing client requirements, designing PDDs, and verifying SDDs prepared by developers. - Providing technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams. To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum 3 years of experience in delivery management and at least 2 years in automation and digital transformation development. - Strong expertise in automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate, along with enterprise system integration. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project governance. - Hands-on experience in solution design and effort estimation. - Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Ability to juggle multiple priorities across various delivery engagements.,
