Robot Programmer

Job Role::

Base Location::

Duties and Responsibilities::

Basic and advance level of robot programming

Configure, start-up and debug Robot Network, I/O and Communication.

Configure the auxiliary robot equipments

Validation and debug of robot path programs, safety features etc.

Guarantee whole system functionalities respecting cycle-time and product quality

Coordinate with engineering function (design & simulation) to get the proper OLP inputs

Manage the internal project team and customer requests related to robot activities.

Participate in team and project reviews

Create documentation in align with customer commissioning standards

Deliver Customer training, and production or/and maintenance instructions

Focus on project schedule and cost management

Knowledge & Skills::

Robot programming (Basic & Advance) - ABB, KUKA, YASKAWA, KAWASAKI, FANUC, COMAU

Robot Applications - Handling, spot welding, Arc welding, Hemming, Laser welding, Brazing, Glueing,

Documentation - Robot checklists, checksheets, sign-off

Understanding in PLCs/HMI including Rockwell, Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi

Customer Standard - TATA, VW, M&M, MSIL, TVS

Behavioral Competencies::

Strong communication & Problem solving skills

Good teamwork attitude

Maintain good relationship with supplier and customer

Comfortable with frequent and long site project plans

Qualifications::

Dip: / B.E / B.Tech in Mechatronics/ Electronics and Instrumentation/ Automation/ Robotics

Atleast 5-6 years of experience in robot programming with significant customer site working experience

Languages:- English, Hindi
