Job Description

Position - RMMS Engineer

Location - Mumbai, Gurugram, Chennai

Number of positions - 3

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Essential Skills

Daily Technical Support:

Handle day-to-day technical support activities for passbook printers and kiosks.

Remote Monitoring & Support:

Monitor kiosks remotely through RMMS tools.
Provide real-time support to field engineers for issue resolution.

Troubleshooting & Coordination:

Interact with field teams to troubleshoot technical problems.
Provide quick and effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Uptime Monitoring & Escalation:

Continuously track the uptime of passbook kiosks.
Escalate issues to concerned teams to ensure service continuity and SLA adherence.

2. Desirable Skills

Ability to develop and maintain effective professional relationships with
bank officials
and internal teams.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to document issues and maintain service logs.
Basic understanding of kiosk hardware, networking, and passbook printing systems.
