RMML LIMITED |Sous Chef |Administration|Chinar Experience: 08 to 13 years Qualification: Any relevant graduation Role and Responsibilities: Male Candidate Hands - on experience with cooking cuisines like- Italian/Mediterrian/Chinese/Japanese/Mexican/Indian-north/south for breakfast/dinner various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers) Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques Leadership skills of monitoring to helpers. Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks Excellent time management abilities Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes Familiarity with sanitation regulations Cooking weekly twice for a party of 50 pax in our pvt restaurant (2 helpers will be provided) and daily assisting cooking at directors home Overseeing the Infrastructure & Maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards Preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes within the specialty section (Indian & Others specialist foods) Italian/Mediterrian/Chinese/Japanese/Mexican/Indian-north/south Responsible for creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes. Managing and training the Kitchen staffs for food hygiene practices. Delegate task to Kitchen staff & supervise them for timely preparation of the food. Monitoring portion and waste control.
